Watch M.A.S.K. Voice Actor Mark Halloran Defeat Sinbad On Star Search

Voice actor Sharon Noble recently tipped us off to a fun moment in M.A.S.K. history. Mark Halloran who was the voice Sly Rax, Buddy Hawks, Cliff Dagger, and others in the animated series also performed stand-up comedy. His act revolved around celebrity impressions, one of which was Jack Nicholson who he obviously leaned on for the Sly Rax character.

Sharon told us that Mark appeared on the '80s talent show Star Search hosted my Ed McMahon and actually won the comedy competition. What she didn't tell us was that he defeated the reigning champion Sinbad! Mark's impressions of Alan Alda, Nicholson, Dustin Hoffman, and Woody Allen were enough for a perfect 4-star score from the judges.

Watch the video below and see for yourself. Hopefully one day we can get the full story from Mark on MASKast!
