M.A.S.K. Fan Art By Darren Gregson

If you are plugged into the M.A.S.K. community of fansites or have been on our Facebook page this past week, you've probably seen the brilliant drawings of aspiring comic book artist Darren Gregson. As shared on his Back To The Old Drawing Board blog, his inspiration originated with illustrator Ron Smith and David Pugh who both drew for U.K. comics including M.A.S.K. and others like Judge Dredd and Eagle.

So far, Darren has posted five original M.A.S.K. drawings including Jackhammer, Condor, Firecracker, and the duo of Vampire and Stinger. Each drawing is very detailed when compared to their toy counterparts. Check them out below (click to enlarge.)
Just today, Darren has released color versions of his Vampire and Firecracker drawings to his Back To The Old Drawing Board Facebook page. Vampire is used as the title image of this post and here is Firecracker...
Finally, Darren has joined the M.A.S.K. community in celebrating M.A.S.K. Day this year! He has posted a contest for M.A.S.K. fans to have a chance to win his original drawing of Thunder Hawk...
To enter, all you need to do is like Back To The Old Drawing Board on Facebook. If we reach his goal of 100 page likes by M.A.S.K. day on Sept 16, 2014 (already 59 likes at time of this post), he'll choose one of his followers as the winner! Don't miss this opportunity to add a unique M.A.S.K. piece to your collection!

We personally thank Darren for allowing us to showcase his work on our site and can't wait to see more!
